Dan and Leeann were married Memorial Day weekend at the historic Cathedral of Christ the King here in Atlanta, GA with their reception at the Fabulous Fox Theater. Again, I've pulled WAY too many pictures so I'll be breaking this down into two different posts.
We started off at the newly remodeled Georgian Terrace Hotel - and WOW it's got a whole new modern look - love it!
Dan and Leeann made the choice to do a "first look" and see each other ahead of time so they'd have great light for pictures and lots of time to relax and have fun at their reception.
Before the first look though, Leeann and her bridesmaids were presented with their GORGEOUS flowers from Larry Hammock of Foxgloves and Ivy Floral Studios. He had gotten a hold of a rare blueish-purple flower for the bouquets that grows wild JUST during a certain time of year. Check it out:

Love this sequence from the first look
After we'd given Dan and Leeann some time apart from the cameras, we headed out onto the terrace for more pictures
My husband Mike photographed the wedding with me and took these next two sets of pictures
There were so many amazing place (with great light no less) to take portraits throughout the Georgian Terrace
I took the one on the left of them sitting in this awesome circular lounge in the front lobby, while the picture on the right is one Mike captured in the hotel bar.
Here is another sequence Mike captured of the couple checking out their names being scrolled on the Fox Theater marquis across the street.
Here they are outside in front of the marquis.
Next, we headed up to the Cathedral and a quaint duck pond park just around the corner.
How gorgeous is her ring!?
The bridal party at the Cathedral
There's a beautiful, ornate gate that leads to the bridal suite. Here's another example of Mike and my work together. I took the close-up and he captured the full length picture on the right.
Love this moment - they had a quiet prayer right before the ceremony
Next up...part II!
